Inscribed and signed by Koontz on the title page: "To Art Stone, This is the script I did for a proposed television movie. The executives at Columbia and NBC then promptly quit - not, I trust, because of this script - and the project was, of course, dumped by the new people. There was another, different script written for another producer as a theatrical film, rather than for T.V., and it was much better. You sure do scare up odd items! Best, Dean R. Koontz."

This was made into the 1990 T.V. movie starring Pam Dawber and Lee Horsley. Includes an extra set of the teleplay printed on pink paper containing pages 10-121 and along with a 2-page letter, laid-in, from Koontz, explaining these pages are the changes "in response to notes from Farhad, Pam [Dawber], and Lee [Horsley] - who all had pretty much the same concerns. The 61 pages herein correspond to the Warner Brothers Script Processing Department's puffed-up (121-page) format, which means you will not have the right script for comparison if you have only my 103-page standard-format version."
