Found: Don Brautigam Artist Portfolio publication date

Centipede press published this title in 2009. Can anyone supply a more specific date?
Update 12/27/12:
I have been in contact with the publisher and he has supplied me with a more accurate date of 2007, not 2009. Considering the source, I’m marking this one “found”.
