The Singular John D. MacDonald

For those of you looking forward to reading Dean’s new introductions to the novels of John D. MacDonald, I’ve got good news and bad news.
The bad news: Dean’s only written a single introduction titled “The Singular John D. MacDonald” and it’s being printed in all of the different non-Travis McGee novels that Ransom House is re-issuing. In other words, Dean has written an essay about the author, not an essay about each book.
The good news: You need only purchase one book if your intention was just to read Dean’s intro. (Though I’d suggest reading your way through Mr. MacDonald novels anyway.)
