The first one popped up on eBay yesterday at $119 and has since been reduced to $99. At that price, you’re all welcome to bid on it as I’m not willing to pay that much.
I agree. Too much money. I had collected everything I could find written by or about Dean, but this price is out there. If you have the money, well, it’s there. If not, another one will come along that is not so expensive.
