RE: Cemetery Dance Editions
All three editions contain the same copyright page stating “First Limited Edition Hardcover Printing” and listing the ISBN for the limited edition. The trade edition lists its ISBN and cover price on the front flap of the dust jacket, is cloth bound, and came with no autographs, satin ribbon page marker, nor the additional artwork. The Proof clearly states such on the front cover and is a trade paperback.
Twenty copies of the (non-advance) Cemetery Dance editions were made available with personalized full-color remarques (custom artwork) by artist Glenn Chadbourne at the cost of $199 each in addition to the cost of the book itself.
A full-page ad for this title appears on the back-side of the front cover of the Fall 1997 issue of Cemetery Dance.
