“This book is of the original stories that inspired television shows." The listed “television title” for this story is “Phantoms”. The television credits are given as "Miramax Productions, Produced by Dean Koontz.” The story printed is in fact "The Black Pumpkin."
This is completely incorrect and DK states that he was not aware of this printing of the story nor had he given his permission or was he paid for it. Source: Letter to the author.

It's all the same specs as the limited/lettered just different binding and traycase. Plus each one came with an original framed piece of the Chadbourne artwork. List price, as I remember, was $1k. The leather is real on the traycase and the book... hence the hefty price.

Notes

A full-page ad for October Dreams appears on page 92 of issue #35 and page 22 of issue #34 of Cemetery Dance Magazine.

The October Dreams limited editions included a note from the publisher regarding a full-color illustration by Gahan Wilson, which was not included in the book due to a “printer error.” The note states that the print will be shipped separately. Therefore, neither edition of the book is truly complete without this print.
